Microsoft 365

Current faculty, staff, graduate students, and new incoming undergraduate students receive a free @stanford.edu email account on Microsoft Exchange online.

G Suite

Some students, schools, and departments use G-Suite (formerly Google Apps) to access their @stanford.edu email and calendar.
